Provides technical assistance, support and training to physicians, nurses and administrative staff at healthcare facilities.
Full Time Position

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain and provide excellent customer service.
  • Diagnose software/operator problems and recommend solutions.
  • Instruct customers in the use of software applications via telephone and/or email.
  • Troubleshoot technological problems and resolve problems online.
  • Log inquiries into CRM and document resolution steps taken for inquires and the troubleshooting process.
  • Manage customer installation projects.
  • Provide user training on EndoSoft applications.
  • Design solutions using additional EndoSoft technologies for existing customers.
  • 25% to 30% travel required to customer sites for installation, upgrades, implementations and training.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proven communication and customer service skills.
  • The ability to work independently and present a professional demeanor at all times.
  • B.S. in Computer Science with at least two years experience in similar field.
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to multi-task.
  • An energetic positive attitude.
  • A working knowledge of hardware platforms, operating systems, networking, SQL and client/server technologies.
  • Overnight travel required to customer sites for demonstrations, installations, upgrades, implementations and training.
  • Experience with supporting systems in a medical environment is a plus.

Description:

EndoSoft is currently looking for Technical Support Engineers for Texas, and Florida.  This person will manage project installations, provide technical assistance, sales support, demonstration and training to physicians, nurses and administrative staff at healthcare facilities.  They will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical related issues. Travel within territory (60-90%) is required.


Requirements: The successful candidate must possess:
  • A working knowledge of hardware platforms, operating systems, networking, and client/server technologies.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and present a professional demeanor at all times.
  • A Bachelor's degree in related technology field.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Florida or Texas within 6 months of starting employment.
