Application Specialist/Help Desk
- Maintain and provide excellent customer service.
- Diagnose software/operator problems and recommend solutions.
- Instruct customers in the use of software applications via telephone and/or email.
- Troubleshoot technological problems and resolve problems online.
- Log inquiries into CRM and document resolution steps taken for inquires and the troubleshooting process.
- Manage customer installation projects.
- Provide user training on EndoSoft applications.
- Design solutions using additional EndoSoft technologies for existing customers.
- 25% to 30% travel required to customer sites for installation, upgrades, implementations and training.
- Proven communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work independently and present a professional demeanor at all times.
- B.S. in Computer Science with at least two years experience in similar field.
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to multi-task.
- An energetic positive attitude.
- A working knowledge of hardware platforms, operating systems, networking, SQL and client/server technologies.
- Overnight travel required to customer sites for demonstrations, installations, upgrades, implementations and training.
- Experience with supporting systems in a medical environment is a plus.
