Application Specialist/Help Desk

EndoSoft is currently seeking an Application Support Specialist.  The specialist provides technical assistance, support and training to physicians, nurses and administrative staff at healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and provide high level customer service
  • Diagnose software/operator problems and recommend solutions
  • Guide customers in the using software applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technological problems
  • Log inquiries into CRM and document resolution steps taken for inquires and the troubleshooting process
  • Manage customer installation projects
  • Design solutions using additional EndoSoft technologies for existing customers
  • 25% to 30% travel required to customer sites for installation, upgrades, implementations and training.
Qualifications:
  • Must be well spoken with proven communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to work independently and present a professional demeanor at all times
  • B.S. in Computer Science with at least two years experience in similar field
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
  • An energetic positive attitude
  • A working knowledge of hardware platforms, operating systems, networking, SQL and client/server technologies
  • Overnight travel required to customer sites for demonstrations, installations, upgrades, implementations and training
  • Experience with supporting systems in a medical environment is a plus
