Application Specialist/Help Desk
EndoSoft is currently seeking an Application Support Specialist. The specialist provides technical assistance, support and training to physicians, nurses and administrative staff at healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and provide high level customer service
- Diagnose software/operator problems and recommend solutions
- Guide customers in the using software applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technological problems
- Log inquiries into CRM and document resolution steps taken for inquires and the troubleshooting process
- Manage customer installation projects
- Design solutions using additional EndoSoft technologies for existing customers
- 25% to 30% travel required to customer sites for installation, upgrades, implementations and training.
Qualifications:
- Must be well spoken with proven communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work independently and present a professional demeanor at all times
- B.S. in Computer Science with at least two years experience in similar field
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
- An energetic positive attitude
- A working knowledge of hardware platforms, operating systems, networking, SQL and client/server technologies
- Overnight travel required to customer sites for demonstrations, installations, upgrades, implementations and training
- Experience with supporting systems in a medical environment is a plus
