AP Specialist - Full Time - Schenectady, NY
JOB SUMMARY:
Maintains accounts by identifying, verifying, and recording transactions. We are seeking an individual who is willing to assist with any task that will help make our corporate accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency at all times.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Match vendor invoices with receivers and purchase orders, acquire proper approvals, enter invoices, & scan and file
- Review, reconcile, code and enter monthly purchases made on the corporate credit cards.
- Verify information on all payments to be made by credit card is accurate and available when payments are due & make assigned credit card payments for vendors as assigned
- Process check requests, all vendor payments via check, ACH, EFT and credit cards
- Respond to all vendor inquiries
- Perform vendor maintenance of vendor files while maintaining A/P files in a systematic and accurate manner, including W-9s & Form 1099 to subcontractors, as appropriate
- Review and reconcile vendor statements on a monthly or as-needed basis, including research and correspondence on payment status. Follow-up to resolve any issues on invoices not paid or received for payment & forward to supervisor if/when necessary
- Assist in review and adjustment of A/P entries, ensuring accuracy of expense categories, classes and departments in preparation for monthly close cycle
- Post payments and adjustments to customer accounts
- Process credit card payments
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
- Perform journal entries under the guidance of senior financial staff
- Complete special projects and ad-hoc reporting, as needed
- Phone & reception duties as needed

JOB SUMMARY:
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will assist in vendor/customer relations and help coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment activities.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Verify all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Receive shipments in ERP system
- Handling and disposition of materials and keeping warehouse inventory current
- Direct salvage of damaged or used material
- Maintain warehouse in neat and orderly manner

Field Service Engineer - Full Time - California, USA - Remote
JOB SUMMARY:
The Field Service Engineer plays a key role in building and maintaining client relationships. The Field Service Engineer will work with clinical staff and IT to determine ideal workflows using EndoSoft’s applications and maintain seamless integration with other EHR systems. They will support Endosoft’s systems & provide troubleshooting, technical assistance, and training to software users while being the principal contact for customers in their assigned territory.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Respond to client inquiries concerning software operation and troubleshoot system software/operator problems
- Provide training to clients on use of software
- Work with client relations team to ensure customer satisfaction by proactively contacting customers to inquire on software performance and customer satisfaction
- Work with sales staff or independently to upsell existing clients in assigned territory
- Coordinates activities with help desk, network services, or other information systems groups
- Provide training, on-site implementation, and support prior, during and after Projects for assigned territories
- Perform post-implementation analysis and follow-up to assure client satisfaction & proper utilization of the application
- Support and resolve client requests related to EndoSoft applications as assigned
- Create, update, and close ERP tickets for clients within your territory
- Assist in testing, implementing, and maintaining Endosoft applications
- Assess client needs based on their established workflow, skill levels, and specialties
- Work on multiple projects concurrently, and meet deadlines
- Develop expert knowledge of EndoSoft applications

The Territory Manager plays a key role in the entire lifecycle of EndoSoft’s relationship with the customer including, but not limited to prospecting, sales, training, and after-sale service of EndoSoft solutions. The Territory Manager will work with clinical and IT staff to determine ideal workflows using EndoSoft applications which seamlessly integrate with existing electronic health record systems.

- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Proactively seek new business opportunities by targeting healthcare providers, hospitals, and other related sectors
- Product Presentation & Demonstration: Conduct engaging product demonstrations, both in-person and virtually, highlighting the value and capabilities of our medical software solutions
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets by identifying key opportunities in the market
- Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with healthcare organizations, ensuring customer satisfaction and product success. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing ongoing support and communication. Assess customer needs based on their established workflow and identify upselling, cross-selling and upgrade opportunities
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to continuously refine sales approaches
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction

Employees are expected to maintain their home workspace in a safe manner, free from safety hazards. Consistent with the organization’s expectations of information security for employees working at the office, remote employees will be expected to ensure the protection of proprietary company and customer information accessible from their home office. Steps
include the use of locked file cabinets and desks, regular password maintenance, and any other measures appropriate for the job and the environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
