EndoVault® Mobile App & Patient Portal
The new EndoVault® mobile app is now available for download on any smart device. The app is available for all specialty-specific modules offered in the EndoSoft® suite of technology on the market and can be found in the Apple Store and Google Play Store. With WiFi or cellular service, physicians can continue to access their EHR/ERW without requiring a network connection. The patient portal allows for immediate access to their records.
Real-Time Updates
Patients can now update their demographic information, primary care physician, pharmacy, and more all within the EndoVault® app. Updates are made in real-time within the app and alleviates administrative tasks for staff.
Open Communication
The patient portal helps maintain a seamless communication channel between the patients and the provider, improving overall efficiency of the delivery of care. The Patient Portal uses a secure Internet connection which adheres to all HIPAA mandates and standards.

- View name and address and update e-mail, telephone numbers, insurance information, and emergency contacts
- View clinical teams and contacts, including lists of oncology specialists, professional support, and community health teams
- View and download patient education, including pamphlets, lists of symptoms, corresponding instructions, and preventative information
- Complete patient satisfaction surveys, give feedback, and fill out quality of life questionnaires
- View provider’s schedule / availability, request appointments, view visit history, individual appointments, and appointment schedule
- View medical records, including treatment plans (chemotherapy, radiology, pre/post-procedure) and medications
- View a selected subset of clinical documents (e.g.: blood test results)
- View and update personal health data, including updating allergy symptoms and at-home monitoring of symptoms
