Endosoft® Patient Tracking is designed to monitor and track a patient’s journey through their entire care process in a healthcare facility. From consent to discharge, the Patient Tracking application allows clinicians to streamline the care process, optimize operating room performance and improve patient care.  

The application offers a dashboard which highlights a real time overview of each patient’s status so that caregivers can identify and eliminate obstacles.

Proactive alerts notify staff when patients are ready to proceed or are overdue to proceed to their next phase of their care plan.

An automated time stamp captures each care milestone, providing detailed information to recognize and resolve department or hospital-wide patient flow issues.

An optional waiting room monitor allows a patient’s family member or companion to be kept up to date on the patient’s status.
